How to adjust the size of your watch?

An adjustment kit is included with every TokiMod watch, allowing you to easily adjust the strap to your wrist.

Is it possible to personalize my watch myself?

Yes , in addition to the wide range of models, you can contact us on Instagram/TikTok/WhatsApp so that we can build a unique watch in your image.

Do you use genuine parts?

Our watches are equipped with authentic Seiko NH35 movements . We create unique designs inspired by iconic watches, while stating that our creations are not replicas or affiliated with Seiko .

What are the delivery times?

Each watch is assembled by hand within approximately 5-7 business days , depending on order volume. After shipping, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. On average, you will receive your watch between 8-12 business days after your order.

Can I return my watch?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your watch, with a refund issued within 5 to 7 business days of receipt.

Please note that watches customized on request are not eligible for returns.
